4.1 Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

4.2 Pricing & Taxes: Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Sales tax, duties, and shipping fees may apply. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept payment via approved methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us or our processors to charge the full amount.

4.4 Cancellation & Returns: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final; no returns or refunds, except where required by law or our separate refund policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the continental U.S. (or as detailed on our site). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Title transfers upon delivery.

6. Safety & Use of Products

Our epoxy products may contain chemicals requiring safe handling. Always read and follow labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and instructions. Improper use can cause harm—wear protective gear, work in ventilated areas, and keep products away from children and pets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and designs on our Services are owned or licensed by Epoxy Launch Formula LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services—for example, by violating laws, infringing intellectual property, transmitting harmful material, or interfering with our operations. Violation may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

These TOS are governed by Idaho state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Meridian, Idaho.

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information under that policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these TOS at any time. Changes take effect when posted online. Continued use of our Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
